Job summary

Future Select Ltd is looking for a Water Treatment Equipment / Installations Engineer to service and install various water treatment systems. The successful candidate will liaise with clients and handle technical faults while adhering to quality standards.

This role requires proven experience in the field along with at least an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing. The position offers an annual salary of £27,000 – £48,000, along with benefits like a company vehicle and pension scheme.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Water Treatment Equipment / Installations Engineer
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) or equivalent qualification
• Comfortable liaising directly with clients
• Good working knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in IT software applications
• Hardworking, self‑motivated attitude

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and installation of chemical dosing equipment, water softeners, CLO₂ units, RO systems, and UV filtration systems
• Replacement of components such as RPZ valves, pipework, and vessels
• Identify and report technical faults, and recommend remedial actions
• Decommissioning of systems and equipment when required
• Complete detailed technical service reports
• Maintain and service a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and local authority client sites
• Build strong working relationships with clients and provide regular updates and technical support
• Adhere to agreed project scopes, deadlines, and quality standards
