Job summary

Carter Machinery Co. Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Manager to coordinate on-site installation and startup of equipment across multiple project sites. You will work closely with Project Managers and customers, conducting site inspections and leading CMCo technicians to ensure successful startups.

The role requires the ability to read wiring diagrams, manage several start-up sites, and communicate effectively with contractors and engineers. Travel and a strong driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in construction management.
• Experience managing installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job site installation and startup of equipment with Project Managers.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports for customers and CMCo.
• Interface with contractors and guide CMCo technicians on site.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
• Travel to multiple start-up sites as needed and manage priorities.
