Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of commissioning, startup, testing, or mission-critical facility experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, backup power, cooling, controls, and integrated system dependencies.
• Experience developing functional performance and integrated systems test procedures.
• BCxP, CxA, CCP, PE, or comparable commissioning credential preferred.
• Strong technical writing, leadership, issue-management, and client communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and work around project startup and testing schedules.

• Verify critical electrical, mechanical, controls, life-safety, and monitoring systems against project requirements
• Document deficiencies, drive corrective action, and maintain clear evidence of closure
• Support training, operating-procedure development, seasonal testing, and final turnover
• Promote safe testing practices in energized and operational environments

THE OPPORTUNITY
