Job summary

Dürr Aktiengesellschaft seeks a senior commissioning lead to plan, execute, and supervise field commissioning of complex automated systems in Michigan. You will partner with Project Management to develop commissioning plans and schedules, and you will lead site teams through start-up, testing, and debug activities.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of electrical standards, and the ability to travel extensively (domestic and international).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or significant commissioning experience.
• Experience with electrical equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up.
• Knowledge of Ethernet and Profinet industrial networks.
• Familiarity with EN 60204-1, UL 508A, NEC, NFPA standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and resolve field issues.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and complex jobsite environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel >90%, domestic and international.
• Flexibility to support schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

• You'll be a key leader in the field, bringing teams together, solving complex technical challenges, and helping ensure projects move safely and successfully into production.
