Job summary

Eosol in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to lead commissioning of industrial, power, or infrastructure projects. You will ensure systems and equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned to meet project specs, safety standards, and client requirements.

The role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, supervise technicians and subcontractors, review test docs, and support handover and client operations training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute commissioning activities in accordance with approved procedures, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning and handover.
• Review and validate commissioning procedures, checklists, and test documentation.
• Oversee functional tests, equipment energization, loop checks, and performance verification.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly commissioning reports, and communicate status to project management.
• Supervise and guide commissioning technicians and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project standards and timelines.
• Participate in final inspections, system handovers, and documentation of as-built and test records.
• Support training and knowledge transfer to client operations and maintenance personnel.
