Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Commissioning Intern to support the Business Practices Consulting group from our Houston, TX office. This internship offers hands-on experience with commissioning planning, testing, data collection, and documentation in a global team.

Candidates must be pursuing an engineering degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and be willing to travel to Hatch offices and sites as required. Prior co-op or internship in project execution or commissioning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, or process engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning planning and setup activities.
• Provide technical support for testing and data collection during pre-commissioning and commissioning phase.
• Assist in technology development initiatives, including alternate commissioning software.
• Support commissioning estimates, budgets, forecasts, schedules and proposals.
• Coordinate with construction planning to align commissioning with work packages.
