You will collaborate with project teams to meet milestones and maintain thorough documentation in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mechanical commissioning, strong HVAC and piping knowledge, and a track record of solving issues promptly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a commissioning engineer with a mechanical focus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping and industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to manage commissioning processes from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the commissioning of mechanical systems to meet specs.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation including reports, checklists, and schedules.
• Ensure systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements before handover.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize delays.
• Adhere to safety protocols on-site.

This role is critical to ensuring the successful commissioning of mechanical systems for our projects. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including reports, checklists, and schedules.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ANSI).
• Must be able to work nights on-site in Huntsville, AL

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the construction of META datacenters is a huge plus
• Experience with commissioning software or tools (e.g., CxAlloy, BIM 360).
• Knowledge of control systems and integration with mechanical equipment.
