QTS Data Centers seeks a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer L2 responsible for overseeing commissioning of data center systems. The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer L2 is responsible for Level 3, 4 and 5 commissioning of base building systems and components of a Data Center environment. This role will oversee, document, and track various aspects of commissioning activities including testing and validation of connectivity, life safety, chillers, water loops, cooling distribution equipment, pumps, control valves, split units, humidifiers, sequence of operations, and building management and automation systems. The role supports construction/commissioning activities which may include nights and/or weekends.
This role may require an estimated 30%–50% travel to other sites around the U.S.
