The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines, as well as HVAC expertise. Qualifications

• A commissioning professional certified by an accredited agency.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience with mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead commissioning efforts from design through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of client contact.
• Proactively progressing commissioning activities throughout the project cycle.
• Mentoring junior staff.

Skills

Proficiency in HVAC load calculation software

Strong written and verbal communication

Multitasking ability

Technical knowledge of MEP systems

Troubleshooting HVAC and Controls

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Commissioning certification (CxA, CCP, BCxP, CBCP)
