Job summary

A leading engineering services firm in Phoenix is seeking a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to oversee the commissioning of mechanical systems for Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, strong safety knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include developing test procedures, performing acceptance testing, and coordinating with vendors. Competitive pay range is $91,300 - $107,300 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Data Center commissioning experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements essential.
• Excellent English communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support safety for mechanical tests.
• Complete commissioning and performance testing.
• Develop mechanical test procedures and checklists.

Skills

Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs

Knowledge of mission-critical design concepts

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Knowledge of basic thermodynamics

Ability to work under construction site conditions

Education
