The Commissioning Engineer will manage commissioning activities throughout the design, construction, and occupancy phases. The engineer will develop commissioning plans and perform field inspections to verify the proper installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and control systems.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in commissioning, MEP engineering, controls, facility operations, construction, or related building systems work.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and energy systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and control sequences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.80 - $48.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
