HoSt Bio-Energy Systems is seeking a Commissioning Engineer in Albany, NY who will lead installation projects, perform FATs/SATs, and ensure safe, successful commissioning of bio-energy systems. The role requires travel across the US and Canada and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will install, configure, test, and maintain equipment, answer customer questions, and provide training. A strong technical background and 3+ years in related field are essential.

The Commissioning Engineer is fully responsible for ensuring installation projects are completed and maintained safely and successfully. This position installs, configures, tests, and maintains products and equipment and identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. They also research and answer customer questions about product features, issues, and upgrades and complete customer training.
HoSt offers 24/7 service response to our clients. As a member of the team, this role may involve on-call availability and work outside of normal business hours based on client and project needs.
