Qualifications

The Facility Solutions Associate II (OFCI Manager) role is pivotal in managing processes and completing deliverables related to facility services and operations. This position involves advanced engagement with drawings, specifications, submittal reviews, MEL development, Pre-Functional Checklist development, and training coordination. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with MEP or commissioning experience who enjoy both field exposure and structured, systems-driven coordination.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing candidates to work from any regional office, including Pleasanton, CA; Irvine, CA; Denver, CO; Tysons Corner, VA; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL; Austin, TX, or Bellevue, WA. Expect to be on-site in Montgomery, AL, approximately 25% of the time. The position supports large-scale data center projects with a focus on low-voltage OFCI equipment scopes, blending remote coordination with project and team collaboration. The environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines and technical complexity, but it does not require heavy travel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
