BGIS is currently seeking a Commissioning Agent to join the team as a Remote position in the US.
We are looking for individuals to commission mission-critical equipment systems such as power generation and distribution systems, uninterruptible power supplies, static transfer switches, PDU's, BAS & BMS systems, and HVAC equipment. The candidate must have a working knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems or equivalent industry experience, along with proven customer service skills. Experience with industrial-level generators, UPS, HVAC, and power conditioning equipment is a plus. The candidate should be technically competent with test equipment like AC/DC amp probes, digital voltmeters, phase rotation meters, battery conductance testers, battery load testers, and micro-ohm meters. This role requires a minimum of 75% travel, including national and/or international travel.
The position is primarily remote but may require travel to client locations for training, meetings, and other in-person events.

We offer competitive pay ranges based on location and experience, with a salary range of $75,000-$90,000 for this position. Compensation factors include experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
