AET is seeking an experienced Commissioning Agent with experience in Health Care, Medical Facilities, K-12, and State and Federal Projects.

The successful team member will possess:

  • Diplomatic communication skills with all disciplines on a project
  • Leadership skills both internally and externally
  • Effective, methodical organizational skills
  • The ability to think "out-of-the-box"
  • Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Accomplished in commissioning theory and application
  • Working knowledge of building systems
  • CxA, CP, BCA, CEM, LEED accreditation, or PE in Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to systematically manage projects and disciplines including testing, adjusting and balancing, controls, and facilities operation management
  • Ability to review documentation to ensure that the owner's project requirements will be met
  • Ability to manage chaos in dynamic situations
  • Ability to develop commissioning plans, pre-functional and functional testing procedures
  • Witness testing
  • Manage project logs, change orders, and issues reports
  • Compile and issue a final report
  • Interact with a growing, dynamic team
  • Must be based in the US

Required:

  • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clean criminal record
  • Ability to be granted access to all US military and government job sites (no outstanding tickets, warrants, criminal records, etc.)
  • Ability to use commercial airlines, private, and public transportation
  • Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Google Chrome, GoToMeeting
  • Fast and reliable internet connection at home
  • Ability to work remotely without close supervision
  • Ability to focus on work during work hours (M-F 8 am - 5 pm)
  • Effective communication over phone, email, conference calls, teleconferences, and in person
  • Neat and professional appearance and presentation
