Job summary

MultiPoint Engineering, Inc. seeks a Commissioning Agent to plan and lead commissioning for new construction and renovation projects, including hospitals, schools, airports and public facilities.

You will review designs and submittals, develop commissioning plans and test procedures, witness start-up and testing of HVAC, building automation, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems, track issues to resolution, and prepare comprehensive commissioning reports for owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation and controls, and electrical systems.
• Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) preferred but not required; CCP or BCxP welcome.

Working knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation and controls, and electrical systems. Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) preferred but not required; CCP, BCxP or similar certifications are also welcome. Strong communication and documentation skills, and willingness to travel to project sites across the region.
