Warners' Stellian is seeking an Appliance Specialist to connect with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored appliance solutions with strong product knowledge.

You will manage the full sales process—from quoting to delivery coordination—and build lasting client relationships, with weekend availability and ongoing training in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Ability to exceed targets and close sales.
• Weekend availability required (every other weekend).
• Willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions.

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions using strong product knowledge.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, confidently address questions, and apply effective closing strategies.
• Manage the full sales process—from quoting and order entry to delivery coordination and proactive follow-up—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Foster lasting client relationships.
