Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Layton, UT, to guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach. You’ll join a team focused on community events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers, with a 9am–9pm schedule (weekends included) and a 40-hour work week.

Salary ranges from $47,000 to $75,000 with hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and how we work to meet customer needs.
