Job summary

AT&T in Logan, Utah is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to meet sales targets through consultative service and product expertise. You will help customers choose from AT&T’s full suite of devices and services, building connections in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll perform in-store duties, participate in community events, and handle online orders, with a structured schedule and comprehensive training to enable success. Prior retail experience is a plus and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Join events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling two weeks in advance.
• You’ll be supported with tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed targets.
