Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of professional park ranger experience.
• Or one year of experience as a Park Ranger I (Commissioned) in Nevada State service.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in day-to-day park operation and maintenance.
• Train, supervise and evaluate seasonal personnel; manage visitor services.
• Enforce laws, investigate incidents, issue citations, and respond to emergencies.
• Develop and implement interpretive programs and special events.
• Monitor resources and assist in planning and environmental education.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
