Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. In this role, you will conduct face-to-face presentations, build rapport with prospective owners, and articulate the benefits of vacation ownership with Wyndham Destinations.

You’ll work in a high-energy environment, meet performance goals, attend ongoing training, and enjoy a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with employer match. Training is paid.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards and meet performance goals.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers and build rapport with prospective owners.
• Explain benefits of Travel & Leisure Co. vacation ownership and close sales.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training; meet and review performance goals regularly.
