Job summary

Star Protection Agency is seeking experienced, disciplined Commissioned campus security officers to protect university environments in Houston, TX. The position requires an active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License and at least one year of campus security experience.

Schedule is fixed with 40 hours plus overtime, and applicants must pass background checks and licensing verification. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 consecutive year of verifiable campus or school security experience.
• Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistent work performance.
• Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Professional appearance and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to conduct extended foot patrols and remain alert throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and availability for assigned schedules.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
