Job summary

Spectrum, a leading communications provider, seeks a Manager, Commission Systems Delivery to oversee requirements and testing for the Commission Systems team. This hands-on role leads a business-analyst staff responsible for project implementation, requirements gathering and testing to confirm delivery of requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to deliver on enterprise initiatives on schedule, with occasional travel and non-standard shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading compensation administration/testing/QA teams.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise level commission systems.
• Thorough knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project managers and business analysts to execute Commission Systems projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee and streamline the Change Request intake process, ensuring thorough documentation and timely submissions.
• Provide consultative support to business stakeholders, prioritizing requests and recommending solutions for effective task completion.
• Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings for major development projects, aligning resources for successful delivery.
• Manage project documentation, prepare summaries for stakeholder and senior leadership review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality features, user experience and adherence to business specifications.
• Develop test plans with QA teams, conduct software testing to confirm requirements are met and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
