Job summary

Site4Agents builds MLS/IDX websites for real estate agents, with five years of hosting included and no monthly fees. Agents can also build an AI persona from their own photos and voice sample to create videos, follow-up emails and social posts. Sell MLS/IDX real estate websites with five years included and no monthly fees.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you will do

• Reach out to real estate agents and brokers and show them sample sites for their market.
• Explain the five-years-included pricing and the free AI persona dashboard.
• Send the order link and hand new clients to the build team.
• Use only the scripts, prices and claims we approve, and follow our consent and Do Not Call rules.

What you need

• A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Prior sales experience (phone, B2B or direct sales) is preferred.
• Self-directed: you plan your own day and keep your own pipeline moving.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Commission only. There is no hourly pay or base salary.
• Commission is paid per verified sale. Rates and payout timing are in the written offer.
• We do not promise any level of income. What you earn depends on your own results.
