Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Columbus, GA. You will use a bilingual, consultative approach to help customers choose devices and services, while pursuing sales targets and earning commissions. You’ll also engage in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls.

The role requires a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, weekends) and on-site work with comprehensive training and benefits. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Experience helping customers and guiding them to solutions.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided if none.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 40 weekly hours.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
