Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
• Six or more years of accounting experience
• Experience in broker-dealer operations or wealth management services is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end commission processes for multiple product lines
• Validate and reconcile commission data and loading into processing system
• Manage commission payment cycles and review exception reporting
• Prepare commission-related reporting and general ledger entries
• Lead process improvements and staff development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit expectations
