Qualifications

• Valid Michigan real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing plans for listings, including photos, staging, and online promotions.
• Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, and related documents.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
• Build and maintain client relationships with exceptional service.
• Stay current with local market trends and regulatory changes.
• Utilize company-provided tools to manage relationships, marketing, and transactions.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and networking events.
