76 FENCE is seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to generate new business for fencing solutions in the Greater Houston area. You will prospect, provide on-site consultations, prepare estimates, present proposals, and close sales, serving as the main contact throughout the process.

Work with our operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience, stay informed on fencing products and market trends, and represent 76 FENCE professionally at community events.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and self-generated prospecting.
• Respond to company-provided leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and project requirements.
• Prepare and present customized fencing proposals and estimates.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Close sales and achieve individual revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate project handoffs with installation and operations teams.
• Stay informed about fencing products, industry trends, and local market conditions.
