Job summary

AT&T in Minot, ND is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer experience and sales. You will meet sales objectives, demonstrate products, and assist customers with contracts, warranties, and payment processing in a fast-paced store environment.

The role includes staying updated on Wi-Fi, data devices, and entertainment tools, delivering excellent service, and supporting store operations with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for the store.
• Sell all products and services offered by AT&T.
• Meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing orders.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing plans, promotions and service features.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist in product offerings and services.
