Job summary

LensCrafters in Daytona Beach is seeking a Sales Associate who will deliver an exceptional eyewear shopping experience, using optical knowledge to guide frame and lens choices, and coordinate measurements with our opticians.

You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; strong communication and tech skills essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy.
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives and grow existing and new customer relationships.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements with the optician.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with staff and doctors.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
