Job summary

Cycle Gear Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales team and drive the store’s performance. You will coach Sales Associates, ensure friendly, enthusiastic service, and maintain product knowledge while managing daily operations.

This full-time role offers an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities to grow within a growing powersports brand. Motorcycle enthusiasm is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management and customer service experience in specialty retail.
• Experience in leading, coaching, mentoring a team.
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter with ability to deliver a personalized retail experience.
• Interest in motorcycles strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team and drive sales to meet goals.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service and product knowledge.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing, returns, and task delegation.
• Train and develop Sales Associates; lead by example.
