Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to taking additional shifts, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Possibly reach out to Verizon customers with outbound calls or texts to grow the customer base.
