Job summary

Verizon Communications is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Houston to grow sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a Verizon store. You will uncover customer needs, present comprehensive tech solutions, and close sales with clear communication.

You will train continuously, participate in merchandising, and have opportunities to earn commissions that boost earnings while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of relevant experience.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
Open to picking up additional shifts to earn more income.
Experience in commission-based environments.
Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Customer service experience.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service.
Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
Position product insights and solution recommendations for top-down sales solutions.
