AT&T in Orland Park, IL is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative approach on devices and services. You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, on the sales floor and participate in community events and online orders.

Earn between $47,000 and $75,000 with uncapped commissions; starting pay may vary by geography, experience, and training provided. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
