Job summary

Subaru of Portland, a dealership part of the O’Brien Auto Group, seeks a Full-Time Service Advisor responsible for satisfying customer and vehicle-related needs and handling designated administrative tasks. The role offers commission-based compensation with 5.5% to 10% based on personal production.

We value team players with advising or writing experience, customer service, and/or dealership background. Rotating schedule applies; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in advising or writing, customer service, and/or dealership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle vehicle-related issues.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction index higher than the manufacturer or branch average.
• Provide accurate estimates and communicate clearly with customers.
• Complete duties on time, keep customers informed, and document repair orders legibly.
• Greet customers promptly and offer diagnostic or repair recommendations.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and company policies; attend weekly meetings.
