• Become a Patient Care/Handling expert when working with surgeons, nurses and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction with consultative problem-solving and responsive service.
• Ensure on-time, complete, and error-free shipments and contribute to cost reduction.
• Demonstrate experience with reports, budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
