Join us as a Commission Based Sales Person at I Am HealingOne, LLC

We are seeking a wellness-focused, motivated, and organized Commission Based Sales Agent to close sales and expand our customer base and retention.

You will utilize established leads and also need to find and acquire new ones. After initial contact, you will present the benefits of our products, packages, and services, helping clients understand how our offerings can enhance their wellbeing. The primary focus will be our Wellness Certification program, but you can promote other services as well.

Preferred candidates have at least two years of successful sales experience, especially within holistic care, metaphysical work, or the spiritual community. Business-to-business sales experience is a plus. We are open to candidates with relevant education and experience outside these areas.

Responsibilities

• Research potential leads via directories, web searches, and digital resources
• Contact potential clients through calls and emails
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Implement targeted sales strategies
• Close sales and guide clients through the purchasing process
• Meet sales quotas
• Maintain records of interactions and sales activities
• Build and update a database of prospective clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven sales success
• Understanding of our industry and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with the wellness community is a plus
