Job summary

AT&T Retail Sales Consultant in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking energetic individuals to guide customers with a consultative approach and to drive sales of devices and services. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.

Expect a 40-hour work week on a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, weekends). Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Assist customers with products and services to help meet their needs.
