As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads from a pre-existing database of agents, using our CRM system to track and manage performance. Your role will involve a mix of cold calling and warm outreach, using the CRM data to identify and target high-potential members for White Wing Insurance Solutions and AgentEase. You will onboard new members and be instrumental in helping them access our innovative tools and services. This is a commission-only independent contractor role, offering flexible hours and unlimited earning potential.
Your primary responsibility will be to onboard 20 new members each month and help us expand our reach in the professional services space.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Outreach: Work within our CRM system, which houses a rich database of existing agent leads. Make cold calls to new prospects and follow up with warm leads to convert them into members.
- Sales Process: Pitch and sell our membership offerings to agents, brokers, and professionals in the insurance, financial services, and real estate industries.
- Onboarding & Account Setup: Guide new members through the onboarding process, helping them understand the full value of our platform and ensuring a smooth integration into our system.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed the target of 20 new members per month.
- Track Performance: Use the CRM system to track leads, sales progress, and key performance indicators, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Team Collaboration: While working independently, collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
What We Offer- Competitive Commission Structure: Earn $20-$50 per new member with the opportunity to increase earnings as you exceed sales targets.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets, with higher commissions on extra members onboarded.
- Retention Bonuses: Ongoing monthly bonuses based on the retention of members after 6 months (e.g., 5% of membership fees).
- Override Commission: 3% override commission on sales made by the members you’ve recruited if they begin selling themselves.
- Quarterly Bonuses: Earn up to $1,000 for consistently hitting quarterly goals.

Who You Are- Experienced Sales Professional: At least 3 years of commission-based sales experience, preferably in membership sales, insurance, or financial services.
- CRM Savvy: Comfortable working within a CRM system for lead generation, performance tracking, and managing follow-up.
- Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting sales targets and have a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Self-Motivated: You can manage your time effectively, stay organized, and work independently.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and onboard new members effectively.
- Relationship-Builder: Able to develop long-lasting relationships with clients, focusing on member satisfaction and retention.
