As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads from a pre-existing database of agents, using our CRM system to track and manage performance. Your role will involve a mix of cold calling and warm outreach, using the CRM data to identify and target high-potential members for White Wing Insurance Solutions and AgentEase. You will onboard new members and be instrumental in helping them access our innovative tools and services. This is a commission-only independent contractor role, offering flexible hours and unlimited earning potential.

Your primary responsibility will be to onboard 20 new members each month and help us expand our reach in the professional services space.

As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads from a pre-existing database of agents, using our CRM system to track and manage performance. Your role will involve a mix of cold calling and warm outreach, using the CRM data to identify and target high-potential members for White Wing Insurance Solutions and AgentEase. You will onboard new members and be instrumental in helping them access our innovative tools and services. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Work within our CRM system, which houses a rich database of existing agent leads. Make cold calls to new prospects and follow up with warm leads to convert them into members.
  • Sales Process: Pitch and sell our membership offerings to agents, brokers, and professionals in the insurance, financial services, and real estate industries.
  • Onboarding & Account Setup: Guide new members through the onboarding process, helping them understand the full value of our platform and ensuring a smooth integration into our system.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed the target of 20 new members per month.
  • Track Performance: Use the CRM system to track leads, sales progress, and key performance indicators, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Team Collaboration: While working independently, collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Who You Are
  • Experienced Sales Professional: At least 3 years of commission-based sales experience, preferably in membership sales, insurance, or financial services.

  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting sales targets and have a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Self-Motivated: You can manage your time effectively, stay organized, and work independently.
