Precision Door Service is seeking a Residential Installer to install and service residential garage doors and related components. You will interact with customers daily and provide excellent customer service, with assignments coming from the call center or Customer Service Managers.

The role requires learning door hardware basics, track alignment, maintenance, and ensuring installations meet the customer's expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a standard drug test.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and ability to use common power tools.
• Must lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.
• Must read and write legibly and accurately.
• Must walk on uneven ground and climb a 12' ladder.
• Must safely drive a service vehicle under all conditions.

Aufgaben

• Remove and haul existing garage door.
• Install new garage doors.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Learn track alignment and door repairs basics.
• Learn maintenance of doors and operators.
• Ensure installation meets customer satisfaction.
• Promote company products where possible.
• Ensure vehicle is fueled, stocked, and ready for daily work.
