The Rooter Company in Brea, CA is hiring a Drain and Sewer Sales Technician on a commission-based compensation plan with uncapped earning potential. You will assess issues with sewer cameras and drain equipment, diagnose, recommend solutions, and guide homeowners through the right service.

You will work onsite in a full-time role, coordinate jobs from visit to completion, and maintain high customer satisfaction as you close sales and deliver reliable plumbing solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with drain stoppage and sewer equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer drain and sewer issues using sewer cameras, drain snakes, and hydro jetters.
• Follow our structured sales process to diagnose, present, and close.
• Engage with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend the right service.
• Coordinate jobs from initial visit through completion.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at every job.
