Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience preferred (3–5 years).
• Strong initiative with excellent customer service, planning and organization.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills; able to present and negotiate.
• Past success meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office.
• Valid driver''s license is required.
• 3+ years of dental industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 'practice partner' mentality with doctors and staff; analyze business needs and demonstrate ROI.
• Discuss benefits of equipment and technology solutions and coordinate product demos.
• Maintain accurate records for prospects, orders, and sales activity.
• Perform other duties related to the Territory Sales Representative role.
