Job summary

Colliers in California is looking for a driven real estate sales professional to support daily operations across leasing, marketing, and sales. You will engage in cold calling, manage prospect databases, and attend local events and meetings to grow the business.

The role offers training to learn the Colliers Way, with potential to independently manage real estate transactions from start to finish. A California real estate license is preferred, and CRM and Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process).
• Highly motivated with energy and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Well organized with strong time management.
• Desire to advance in commercial real estate.
• Prior experience using CRM programs.
• Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel).

Responsibilities

• Be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business and industry events, network, and participate in client meetings.
• Learn the Colliers Way of doing business through training.
• Coordinate materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Progress to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
