Signers National is seeking a Commission Analyst to accurately calculate, reconcile, report, and analyze producer commissions across the company and member agencies. The role will leverage AI and automation tools to streamline commission processes.

Responsibilities include refining commission models, preparing accruals and journal entries, and supporting forecasting, budgeting, and integration with acquisitions. Strong Excel and insurance commission knowledge preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in commissions, finance, accounting, or payroll, preferably within an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
• High level of reconciliation and analytical accuracy.

Mansioni

• Calculate, review, and process monthly & quarterly producer commissions, overrides, and bonuses according to agreements and policy.
• Prepare monthly commission accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations for close processes.
• Develop and maintain commission models and reports for forecasting and budgeting.
• Support integration of commission processes for newly acquired agencies.
• Serve as point of contact for producers, account managers, and carriers on inquiries.
