Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to support commission processes and reporting in a fast-paced insurance environment. Under supervision, you will reconcile statements, post entries in Ascend and Epic, and ensure accurate variances are recorded.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate with franchisees. The position offers training and on-the-job growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of common accounting concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile commission statements in Ascend.
• Review and post commission statements into Epic.
• Balance statements against Epic and record variances.
• Research and resolve missing policies.
• Communicate with franchisees to resolve exceptions.
• Escalate unresolved items per aging timeline.
• Learn and apply insurance industry terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
