Job summary

Keefe Group, a TKC Holdings Company, is seeking a Commissary Operations Supervisor to manage on-site commissary operations at a correctional facility. You will oversee workforce coverage, security and inventory control, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include training new team members, maintaining inventories, completing reports, and communicating priorities to management. You will work in a jail environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8:00am–4:30pm hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Requires supervisory experience.
• Define problems and resolve them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage training of new team members.
• Maintain knowledge of all phases of department operations.
• Ensure employees are where they are needed and productive.
• Maintain accurate inventories of all products.
• Complete required reporting.
• Document and inform Management of priority tasks and personnel issues.
• Report problems promptly with written documentation.
• Help with general upkeep of all areas/equipment/products.
• Maintain a clean workspace and take pride in surroundings.
• Other duties as needed by the department.
