Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises receiving, tagging, pricing, and storing of all incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks to Gift Commissary staff and ensures timely completion with high customer service standards.
• Coordinates movement of merchandise to retail office, storage areas, and display floor.
• Cashiers when needed to expedite guest purchases.
• Leads special projects (holidays, events, book signings) when required.
• Communicates new products or procedures to team members using the information book on the floor.
• Works with General Manager and Commissary Manager on inventory and floor productivity.
• Has full understanding of the POS system.
• Assists guests in any possible way.
• Trains new hires on POS, safety, and job responsibilities.
• Follows and enforces emergency procedures.
