About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Food & Beverage Commis Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do
Assisting the waiter by preparing, transporting, and serving food and beverage orders, all in accordance with Four Seasons standards and in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Being able to carry trays correctly and safely, and knowing how to clean and prepare tables.
Being familiar with the food offerings of each menu according to the Chef's suggestions and being able to explain to customers the composition of the dishes.
Cleaning and keeping the guest tables and areas, as well as the food and beverage preparation areas, organized.
Respecting and carefully handling the expensive equipment at the various restaurant outlets.
What you bring
Proven experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
A true passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating personalized, memorable guest experiences.
Strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to support colleagues seamlessly to ensure a smooth and elevated service flow.
Exceptional adaptability and composure, able to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards.
An intuitive understanding of guest needs, with a proactive approach to anticipating and exceeding expectations.
Professional, well-groomed appearance, embodying the values of discretion, elegance, and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English to interact naturally with international clientele.
Legal authorization to work in Spain.
A positive attitude, natural courtesy, and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a world-class dining experience.

Schedule & Hours:
Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
