About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean, first opened in August 2024 after extensive restoration of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929. The resort is set to reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a luxury destination on the island.

About the role:

We are seeking a bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should strive for excellence in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, mixed drinks, and preparation methods to respond to guest needs.

What you will do:

1. Elaborate signature cocktails and creatively design drinks to meet guest expectations.
2. Organize and control the operations of the bar.
3. Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department standards for food, beverage, and safety.
4. Stock, restock, and organize retail items needed in the bar.
5. Assist with daily inventory and ordering.
6. Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns.
