Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Oregon required.
• 1 year of relevant experience minimum; 2+ years preferred.
• AMS360 software proficiency desirable.
• Strong ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further insurance certifications/training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full A–Z servicing of commercial insurance accounts: quoting, renewals, ID cards, endorsements, follow-ups with clients and carriers.
• Handle accounts such as contractors, habitational properties, pet stores, condos, and LROs.
• Focus on backend servicing rather than billing or heavy customer-facing interactions.
• Use AMS360 to maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ranging from contractors and habitational properties to pet stores and condos. The ideal candidate will thrive in a close-knit, collaborative environment and excel in providing comprehensive backend servicing to valued clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience
• Benefits: Full benefits package, including health insurance

Responsibilities

• Manage the full A–Z servicing of commercial insurance accounts, including quoting, renewals, issuing ID cards, endorsements, and follow-ups with clients and carriers
• Handle a variety of accounts, such as contractors, habitational properties, pet stores, condos, and lessor’s risk-only properties (LROs)
• Focus on backend servicing tasks rather than billing or heavy customer-facing interactions
• Utilize AMS360 software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ years preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable
• Soft Skills: Strong ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus
